"I like the way the classes progress and develop your skills, it is the only form of training I have done that uses your entire body. A unique, challenging workout that is enjoyable at the same time"

Activate those climbing muscles and build up your core strength. This one hour class is perfect for those new to Aerials; during this course you will be given the chance to get comfortable working in the air by exploring some tricks and moves on Trapeze and Aerial Hoop as well as the basic climbs, wraps and shapes on Tissu. If you've never done aerials before, a term in our Aerial Basics course is a requirement before joining a specialist aerial session.

"I've never been an exercise person but this has been so much more than exercise! Circus spot is one of the most fun, yet challenging hobbies I've ever taken up. Not only do I look forward to going every week but it is fantastic for fitness and keeps me challenged mentally. It's a workout without me even realising. The instructors are fantastically inspiring, friendly and inclusive, which means everybody in the class feels welcome and has fun. I would absolutely recommend the classes at Circus Spot to anyone of any age."
