Enrolments and class fees

Enrolments can be made at any time during the term.

Our classes run on an ongoing enrolment basis, with fees billed monthly. Your enrolment secures your place in your allocated class time and day. Fees are charged for this reserved spot regardless of attendance, ensuring your class remains available for you.

Mid-month enrolments will have fees adjusted to account for the remaining sessions. Monthly costs reflect the number of scheduled classes and vary depending on the type of class.

Please note:

  • We don’t run classes on public holidays, and you won’t be charged for those sessions.

  • Fees are automatically billed on the 1st of each month to your stored payment method.

You can view your fee statement in the student portal from the 25th of the preceding month. Payments can also be made in advance via bank transfer, cash, or card.

Making your enrolment is simple

You can make your enrolment online via our student portal.

If you’ve already enrolled in a trial or ongoing class, an account has been created for you. Click the “forgot password” link and use the email address you’ve previously contacted us on.

Discounts for multiple classes and siblings

Multi-Class Discount:

Students enrolled in more than one class receive the following discounts:

  • 15% off the price of their second class

  • 30% off the price of their third class

  • 45% off the price of their fourth and any subsequent classes

Sibling Discount:

When more than one child is enrolled, the second child receives a 5% discount, and the third and any additional siblings receive 10% off the price of their first enrolment.

Membership cancellations

To cancel your enrolment, provide 14 days’ written notice via the student portal or email. A confirmation email will include your final class date and billing adjustments.

Declined Payments:

If a payment is declined, a $10 administration fee will apply. After the second failed attempt, students will not be able to attend classes until all fees are paid.

Missed classes and make up lessons.

We understand that life happens, so we offer make-up lessons for missed classes to help you stay on track with your training.

When you’re marked absent from a class, a make-up token will automatically be added to your student portal. You can use this token to book a make-up class at a time that suits you.

Important Details About Make-Up Tokens

  • Make-ups are subject to availability in an equivalent class.

  • You must have an active enrolment to use make-up tokens.

  • Tokens are valid for 90 days from the date of your missed class.

  • Make-up tokens cannot be transferred to another student, refunded, or converted to credits.

  • If no suitable make-up class is available, refunds or credits are not offered.
